As well as sourcing and providing traditional property investments to our clients, we are also able to offer alternative opportunities such as REITs, that allow you to benefit from the returns of property investment, without the hassle of being a landlord.
REITs are made up of a range of real-estate assets, including offices, apartments, commercial centres, hotels and industrial spaces, that all generate an income via rental returns and capital appreciation. Unlike traditional property investments, REITs are required by law, to pay put a minimum of 90% of their annual taxable income to investors, every year.
