Once you have decided which property is right for you, you will secure your investment with a £5,000 reservation fee. This will take the property off the market and hold the property for you up to exchange of contracts. The reservation fee will be deducted from the final balance.

For exchange of contracts you will need to appoint a solicitor. We offer all of our clients access to our panel of trusted solicitors who will ensure your sale progresses quickly. At the point contracts are exchanged, you will be legal obliged to complete on the sale.

All of our investments come with a variety of financing options. Where it is possible to purchase the property using a mortgage, we will be able to introduce you to specialist lenders who will ensure you secure the finance you need to complete on the sale.

Once your sale reaches completion, you will be required to pay the balance of any outstanding funds. The solicitor appointed during your exchange will be able to act on your behalf. At this point you can arrange to collect the keys, and occupancy of the property can commence.
